"This house is the first house I've sold so I didn't know what to do or expect. Amanda guided me through all of the paperwork, described everything that needed my signature clearly When we walked through the house initially, she was seeing things I've never seen and I lived there! Very sharp eye. She got a professional photographer to get pictures for the listing when the time came very quickly and asked if she could show the house to anyone who was interested prior to formal listing, in spite of our not having moved out. She was very agressive, in a good way, about moving ahead wherever possible. At one of our first meetings, she said that her personal goal was to sell the house within 2 weeks of listing. I didn't think it possible but crossed my fingers that she would be right. In fact, the house got an offer immediately upon listing, at 5000 below asking. Amanda recomended countering with asking price, which was accepted immediately. Amanda then sheparded me though the remaining steps and the sale of my house was done! Very expediently done and I couldn't have asked for a more delightful agent."
